All commercial vehicles exclude Road fund licence & First Registration fee (where applicable) and Metallic paint

Vehicles under 3 years old come with remainder of manufacturers warranty or dealer 3rd year warranty. Pre Registered vehicles have been registered first and will have delivery miles and you will not be the first registered keeper, Pre Registered vehicles some times have a Log Book / V5 retention of up to 11 months, the V5 is a tracking document of the registered keeper for DVLA purposes and not proof of ownership.

Title of goods passes upon final payment.

Commercial Vehicle prices exclude V.A.T.

All balloon /terminal rentals are based on low mileage use up to 10k per annum.

All finance offers are subject to Finance approval .NO rentals include Insurance
Final balloon payments quoted within the finance contract are the responsibility of the person(s) or company purchasing the vehicle. 

The Company will do its upmost to have the Goods available by the estimated delivery date or within a reasonable time thereafter, but does not guarantee the date and time for delivery and shall not be liable to the Customer for any damage, losses or claims of any kind whatsoever in respect of any delay.
